What a grand day out today. Low eighties and very low humidity (rare for Washington DC this time of year). I'm beginning to see the benefits of riding over the elliptic already. I entered a short dirt trail which is slightly uphill. I reduced the gear to keep the revs up and hit it...I pulled the front wheels off the ground! I even crossed a difficult bridge NOT in the lowest gear. Still fun but I can't wait till my new Selle PMD TRK arrives. After a half-hour my butt begins to hurt.
