For champagne taste/beer budget like myself Campy is expensive. Rebuildable is nice in theory but only if you have the expertise and can get the parts.

For US buyers shopping overseas sites makes Campy significantly more affordable, but the flipside is US shops are less inclined to stock spares because they can't compete on price.
