Ok thank you for the suggestions and the advise. I actually found out that my vintage mountain bike will fit me with a new longer stem. The geometry is a lot different with early 90s mountain bikes and I didn't realize that. If I do end up getting a new bike in the future I will definitely look at the bikes you guys mentioned.
