Have this jacket and really like it for cool days, between 40 - 60 with a slight chance of rain. I really don't know how water resistant it is, only had it out twice last spring and it was cool and dry.

What I do like, the jacket is highly packable and converts from jacket to vest, which turned into a real bonus when starting out at 45F then warmed up to only 60F and riding into a strong headwind. The sleeves where to much but the vest was perfect. The top jacket half and sleeves easily pack into the rear center jersey pocket.

Earlier in the morning, with cool overcast skies, the jacket was very comfortable. Other people where riding with tights and arm warmers and because of the threat of rain, I opted for the jacket which proved breathable and very comfortable without any binding.

This jacket is now one of my favorite "must have" kit items.
