I think you see my point very clearly. IMO, after 65, or even 60, our eyesight, reflexes, and even mindsets sometimes start reverting back. The only time I was hit on a bicycle by a moving car with the deadly right hook just like your wife.. I was hit and went down, but minor damage to the bike, and to me. BTW, that was 30 some years ago, I still have the bike and I ride it it lot. It is the 79 Raleigh Competition GS in my sig..

I vote for age 60.
So you have to do a birthday ride at age 79, of 79 miles on your 79 Raleigh Competition GS.
