I use a Parka that is like road workers do .. Neon Lime w several 2" wide reflective bands .

The Carhartt one is like rugged cordura , the reflective strips are bonded into the fabric..

but it wont pass for the hides in a tiny space,. unless you expand the space to the size of a rural mailbox..
