Check out J&G cyclewear ,looks like great prices and made in Oregon. If I wasn't jacket rich at the moment I'd look at their windjacket. I've got the Showers Pass Elite which is a great rain and decent windbreaker but not as stuffable as I'd like. I use a specialized windbreaker which is light but doesn't breath very well, especially in the arms.
