I didn't find one that met all of my conditions. I got a little obsessed with getting everything right. The PI screaming yellow color really jumps out, and that's what I want when riding on the freeway.

I pulled the trigger on a Pearl Izumi ELITE Barrier Convertible Bike Jacket - Men's. It is apparently an older version that has pockets, even though they are not visible in the photos.
