Is it a bad idea for my dad to be riding at his age? I will obviously go slow and take it easy with him, probably do 10-15 miles on weekend as he works up the endurance and probably more. We used to play Tennis all the time but after his mild stroke, the doctor told him that Tennis was a bad sport because at one moment your resting and the next your sprinting, so it was kind of bad.

Thanks guys
While I usually abore cross-posting, you may find it beneficial to post over in the 50+ forum if you haven't already. Lots of good wisdom over there. I hang out there on occasion, even if I'm a year or two under the age limit.
