This will be a test of how strong Twin Cities market is. Around here, $40 to $50 max. Bottom end step through bike in needs quite a bit of work. Rear brake cable clamps are MIA?

+10 Under $200 originally, perhaps closer to $100.

Whoever buys it, if they do all the service it needs, they will be upside down on it when they are done. Such handy buyers tend to aim higher, so the finished product's value exceeds the investment of time and parts. That leaves someone just looking for a cheap bike to ride.
