Now that is taking out crashes.

Cycling for the most is a non-impact sport unlike running which I detest.

I had to run in two separate academys and I have to tell you running is a biological defense mechanism for escaping certain death at the hands of a armed suspect or other such incident in my book.

Running impacts feet and all parts as well as lower legs; knees; hips; heck your whole body even if running proper form. I think you get the idea I hate running and don't believe in it...............cycling has given me the ability to exercise the ole heart muscle and lungs without all the impact.

The only thing cycling as a negative is training muscle groups to get use to the posture.

So I am sure someone can chime in here but I really would not take anyone serious other than a sports doctor or ortho specialist who has done research to say, afterall, we are all self proclaimed doctors and will give advice here when we don't know doooodley squat on what we are talking about.

Sort of like giving advice on a technical subject then as the commericial goes the person ask you a doctor..............your reply, no but I did stay in a Holiday Inn last night.

In other words maybe if there is a sports doc here on the forum or ortho who has some real professional insight on this can chime in.
I, on the other hand, actually stayed in a Holiday Inn Express a few years ago.
