Yes.... that's a serious annoyance. I once had a car that tailed me for 1/2 mile. I think he was afraid to pass on the double line and expected me to pull off the road so he could pass.
Sounds about right. Nothing like having that feeling of "aw crap, am I about to get pegged or what?" for 5 minutes straight
