As for the "grey snow", you must be thinking of some place else. Colorado snow seldom lasts long enough for the snow to be "grey". Nor is Denver all that "dirty".
DC has three major airports, two international and one domestic, two of which are currently served by rail, and the third coming soon. And very little grey snow.
