One great tool that's cheap and wonderful is the tubular bandage. I use it with the nonstick pads caked with neosporin. Works great. Love the Tegaderm too, with weep holes though! One time the weep holes dried up and clogged, and I had to pick the dried bit out like boogers.

The tubular bandage will work fine on the graze on the arm. The graze on the right butt cheek, not so well.
