I absolutely love Mavic stuff. The problem is it's criminally expensive and hard to build up because it's so rare. It does look amazing though, I know of a build that 's going on right now that has Mavic on it and it looks fantastic. The starfish crank has to be one of the coolest ever. Aesthetically this frame has a skeletal quality, so I wouldn't mind matching that with the components. Topline cranks seem to fit the theme, and Huret jubilee also has that quality, which is why that idea appeals to me. I'm still mulling over the brakes...
