Next time, spice up your eggs w/ some picante! Pace Picante medium is my favorite on eggs. The hot is good, but it drowns out the egg flavor too much, and I find its better on stronger foods like tacos and the like.
I do this myself, and it is actually quite good! I prefer Salpica Cilantro Green Olive Salsa, (In both mild and medium) on my eggs though.
