I think tubular clincher tires are another foolish idea. Anyway I read that you were getting a Zip 404 Tubular Wheelset?
The sealant can only enter through the valve; unless you wish to puncture the tire again to fix the puncture.
Bottom line is that tubular tires require different mounting, repair and maintenance procedures but it's really not too difficult.
