Thank you Hank. One of my questions was regarding their electric Icon model, and another was about one of their 16" wheeled bikes (Curve D3). My questions are taken care of now by diligent research calling dealers in my area. But that doesn't, by any means, let them off the hook. If they, or any other company for that matter, are concerned about their customers then they should take a personal interest and not expect others outside of their organization to take on that responsibility. If this is the way they conduct business, then I will not be dealing with them in the future. A good company, like Canon, Nikon, and even Citizen bikes do care about their customers and do the right things to make sure they are satisfied with the product and/or service they provide.

Cheers
Wayne
