Yeah, on a winter ride. Put my balaclava on but forgot to put on my helmet. Didn't really notice because of the balaclava. After an hour I went to adjust my helmet because it felt sorta funny, and realized it wasn't there.

Felt silly and naked. But continued my ride, and vowed never to be so forgetful again.
