Bikes: 2014 Specialized Vita Sport, 2014 Lapierre Sensium

Hadn't been on a bike in over 30 years- until this week =)

Hello- I've been thinking of getting a bike again for a while, and finally bit the bullet a few days ago. I want to ride 90% for fun and if it gives me some exercise, well, bonus . Most riding (at first) will be around town in bike lanes, parks, and paved bike paths, with occasional errand running, working up to (hopefully) a ride around Red Rock Loop.

I wish I'd known about this forum earlier, before I bought my bike. Hopefully it was a good choice-with a limited budget, buying Ebay or 2nd hand still wasn't a good option, as I know very little about bikes. In any event I've had a grin on my face since I got it- a 2013 Bianchi Milano Dama in celeste (of course) with a 50cm (?) anyway, the larger frame. I have a steep learning curve to look forward to, but so far I have learned quick-release wheels and seat and rudimentary adjustment to Shimano gears. Also that you truly don't forget how to ride. Riding well may take a while, but I'm having a ball.

Hopefully you all can steer me to appropriate forums for my bike, riding skills (or lack thereof, lol) and aspirations. Looking forward to learning all the possibilities!
