He meant there is no longer a propel sl3, its been dropped for 2014. So he purchased his propel sl3 at the right time and price point (mentioned above)
I actually wasn't aware of that. Seems strange they're dropping a model from a line that was just introduced, whereas the TCR line has been around for quite a while. But I've got to tell you, I love Giant bikes. They're the most underrated brand and give you the most bang for your buck of anybody out there, IMO.
