From: "Over the Hill" and going down fast in the 805.

Bikes: Scott Gambler, Scott Ransom, Kona Bear, Bianchi 928 Carbon/Chorus, C'Dale Rize4

During the week I usually have eggs and cereal.
On the weekends before a ride we will have pancakes or French toast, eggs & some times bacon. A glass of juice, cowboy style coffee.
