Just picked up an RT800SL frame and 105 group from CL and am having some trouble with installing the brakes and FD.

The FD I realized doesn't have the radius washer which I think will solve my problem if I can find an extra one. (After tightening the bolt all the way down the der just hangs there all sloppy like)

The brakes seem like they're missing some sort of "spacer" that should go between them and the triangle. The nut that threads onto the pivot bolt from inside the triangle seems too small for the hole. Same with the fork although the hole through the fork isn't big enough for the pivot bolt to slide into.

Tricky to describe so I may throw up some pics when I get home. If anyone has the bike with the original 105 group that came on it from Kestrel (not the Dura-Ace one from BD) if they could also throw up some pics of the front and sides of their brake setup that would be great.

Edit: I should add that this is my first time building a frame up from the ground (if you couldn't tell that already)
