Having it this instant as I prepare for my 9 am ride.. A Trader Joe's High Carbohydrate, high protein dry cereal, coffee and a banana.. I always have a energy bar in my jersey pocket in case..
At least six hours sleep makes for a better ride also.. Sleep, what is that?
