ive been using an origin8 one for a year and a half now and its perfectly fine, i also have a surly one and its just as fine

its a cog, its got threads and teeth and its made of metal. none of them are particularly special and none of them should cost you any more than $30

from what ive heard the EAI cogs are also good but ive never used them
