Seriously? To me it looks to be right about the top of the wedge piece, and I have had several Peugeots with that model stem. I don't remember the quills being much longer than what is showing there.,,,,BD
Haha You made me nervous so I took it all the way out and rechecked everything and put it about a half inch above the minimum but Im sure its far enough into the tube. Made sure the seat post was far enough down as well.
