Needed help on a budget build -

Chain - XT HG94 9 sp
Headset - Cane Creek 10
Brakes - BB7 road 160 F/R
Levers - TRP RRL
Shifters - bar end although can't find any low priced
Stem - Velo Orange 26.0 threadless
Handlebar - ?
Seatpost - Easton EA70
Saddle - Brooks
Wheelset - Need help here, looking into a low price 650B set
Tyres - Pacenti Pari moto / Grand Bois Hetre - (suggestions welcome)
