Bar End Shifters - They are pricey new but they last forever. Or consider some used ones from EBay.
Handlebar - Salsa Cowbell 3 (but you'd have to change stem) or Nitto Noodle for the 26.0 stem you want
Seatpost - V.O. Long Setback works nicely with Brooks saddles (they tend to need more setback), plus it will match the color of your stem and Nitto handlebar.
