+1 on that. I use Super Lube between the fingers, won't attack the liner.
I still like Super Lube as well (spray). Used to use it on the chain all the time, still use it for brake pivots, derailleur pivots, etc. Got some of their grease not too long ago, have used it on some stuff, time will tell.
