I have a M591, love the stump pulling gears! Comes with a BB, maybe not the best. But works for me so far!
Really like the noodle. Made me realize how good my other handlebar was. Liked that, spoiled by the noodle.

I'm running bb7's road version w/ sti's... So Road version for sti's, mountain for standard. I like having cross brakes as well...

2 things I'd do differently. I would use a cane creek headset instead of the PIG. Sealed bearings are marvelous! I would also go 24t not 22t on granny.

My wheels are no help. There for very heavy riders say over 250, loaded touring. I like 'em, but over kill, even for me.

Marathons are great to avoid flats. Pluses are heavier and add resistance.

Seat is a VERY personal thing. seat posts and stems are to fit...
