Two inches all day? That's not much; 2" in 30 minutes, now that's heavy!

I'll normally run at least two rear blinkers (in case one gets wet or the battery dies) when it's raining, and a steady and perhaps flashing light on the front. The blinkies seem to cut through road spray and fog better than just bright clothes. But just in case, wear a bright jersey or jacket.
