Do you know where you can buy a mixed dimension headset? I went to two bike shops in town. Neither one had the tools or the expertise to mill the headtube to 30.2. I think that this would be the best long-term solution as then the bike would have the ISO standard.

The other possibility is to simply buy two identical velo-orange headsets, one JIS, the other ISO, and use the 26.4 crown race from the ISO headset and the 30.0 cups from the JIS. That is a bit pricey but it will work.

It is an old school custom build US bike and I want to get it working again:
