Truth be told, it wasn't quite 129 miles or everyone. We added 9 miles worth of running off to grocery stores with our tandem unloaded! after setting up camp each evening.
Miles Standish or Nickerson on the Cape sounds intriguing!
I have ridden to from my house near Providence, and in, both Miles Standish and Nickerson.
Nickerson Is right next to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Different paths and many things are connected to the rail trail. There are bike path rotarys and benches along the trail. If you ride to Dennis, that is the close end of the path.
Standish is huge and has a few miles of bike paths. I've been lost there in the dark, with a coyote for company. A lot of good riding southeast of Boston down toward the cape.
