People will believe what they want. You posted a link to support one of your views without realizing that it also supported the views of those that you are arguing with. So you're parsing through the details and only believing those that support what you already think that you know while discarding the rest.

The problem is that this thread is not about what your beliefs are regarding core fitness and cycling. It is a thread where a person specifically asks for ideas of core exercises. Clearly you don't do any so your role here is simply to tell the OP that he/she should not do them either. How many posts does that take?
