I am having good luck with a WTB Rocket V saddle. Brooks didn't work for me. Took some adjusting to get the WTB to be comfortable. Play with the fore and aft adjustment so that your sit bones are balanced on the wider part on the back of the saddle and then tilt the nose up just a hair so your weight is also carried by your sit bones. This takes some time to fine tune. Also saddle height is important. If it is too high you will be straddling the saddle and it will put too much pressure on your butt. Too low and your knees and efficiency suffer. Measure your cycling inseam and start there for height setting. Also make sure your jeans/shorts don't have big pocket seams in the back that can cause discomfort too.
