I saw one in a bike magazine one time. Searched for one for years. Finally found a guy (who is also a member of bikeforums) in the Netherlands to sell me some amber ones. So mine have crossed the Atlantic ocean twice now. The red rear had a circuit with a capacitor to keep it constantly blinking, but I never was able to get a working red rear Red Alert. Definitely predated the Reelight by a number of years.
