I guess I am a Clyde also. I am 5'11" and I now weigh about 235 down from 269 at the first of the year. I ride a Sun recumbent delta trike. I am 68 years old and my doctor wanted me to lose weight. This is the only exercise that I do. I try to ride between 10 and 15 miles everyday. I am enjoying retirement. Here in Las Vegas, we can ride all year round.
