Wheels can be: strong, light, or cheap. You can have any two of those together, but not all three.

enough, cheap
enough. You can have those three together and those Nashbar wheels look pretty good for that. You'd have to spend a lot more to get significantly stronger and/or lighter based on the specs. For example, my hand-built commuter bike wheels are a whopping 30 grams lighter (but 32 spoke 3 cross front and rear with a disc front hub) but cost almost twice as much.
