I like that AL Condor with 11sp Ultegra 6800 and Mavic Aksium wheels (pretty solid training wheels.) That's like $900-1000 worth of kit in a $1300 bike. You could keep your eye out for a good deal on a carbon frame and swap the parts over in the future.
