Kelvin Trophy or Trophy Kelvin..... WTF?

I got this thing for, like, fifteen bucks, mostly to strip parts for my old Sorrento should she need them. I don't want to tear this thing apart if it's a nice bike though. I tried searching the internet to no avail. According to the PO it's a German bike that he bought in a bike shop in DC.
Ready.....

GO!
