Hi,

I would really love to get into Mountain Biking. I used to ride BMX and im sure the two are nothing alike.
Anyways I have never owned a Mountain Bike. I was wondering if I could get some quick advice on how to start out and a good bike to buy. I dont want to buy a very expensive bike because im not sure if I will love it. I also dont want to buy a cheap bike that I will end up replacing in a month. So I was wondering if someone could maybe gove me an idea of what bike to get for maybe around $500?
