And it looks like you normally break them...

Campagnolo used this same outside arm design on all 8, 9, and 10spd front derailleurs and these are the only broken ones I have ever seen. I don't want to accuse you of anything, but I would recommend using a torque wrench (campy has a torque spec for every bolt) and seeing if things change. I've owned and wrenched a lot of these with no issue.
