Was away from home for a month on business. Was doing about 40-50 miles a week. Went for a small ride last night. Yikes. after about 3 miles I thought I was going to die. could not breath, was actually drooling. Stopped for about 3 minutes, got back on and all was well. WOW, so glad I did not try and tough out a work commute yesterday.

Amazing what a difference a month can make to your carido!
