Really torn, most signs telling me it's perfect time to wind it down and go into off-season mode. Averaged more than 1 race day per week the last 6 months. Training specificity has been derailed for the past 6 weeks or so. But there is a flurry of omniums coming up, culminating in the National Track Calendar finale at the end of November. I guess it can't hurt too much to suck it up, re-build another mini-peak before taking a more formal off-season in Dec-Jan, yes?
