I had a PC1 for awhile. Now, I have a KMC X9something. No problem with either. I just ride my bikes and it's just a chain. At the first sign of any troubles, I will worry.

Oh yeah, I lube them every now and then, when I think about it and don't have anything else to do. Cleaning consists of running the chain through a clean rag.

As soon as my method fails, I will search for something better.
