Yes focusing in on that one "pillar" of your proposal is exactly what I and others are doing because that issue is the one we would like you to provide any kind of supporting rationale that it would "LIKELY improve safety" other than your wishful thinking opinion. Why is it LIKELY? You have not provided any reason at all other than you think/wish it so. You proposed it, can you support it with any justification?
