Need pedals. I've been doing some searching around... and I can't seem to find a thread noobish enough for me. My LBS recommended eggbeaters, but I've not really heard anything about them, all I've really ever had exp. with it toe clips (I know how they work, they keep your feet in) but I don't know how eggbeaters work.

Special shoes required? That means more money... What kind of shoes? What kind of eggbeaters? Help.
