I have some super crappy road pedals from a super effing old bike. (It's a conversion project I will complete after I've learned enough from Sheldon and BF.) But I don't know how to get them out (still learning, flame me all you want.)

My LBS showed me some eggbeaters today, I like the fact that they are easy to get into and out of.
