I never claimed that ticketing motorists speeding would reduce bicyclists injuries/fatalities.

I said enforcement of stricter regulations for all road users would likely result in improved safety for all road users.

I also said I believe speeding to be the single largest violation by motorists, while failure to stop/yield to be the single largest violation by cyclists...

Now is the straw man (misrepresentation) clear enough or do you require further explanation?
