I have a number of lights on my 35 mile route, 18 to be exact, and numerous stop signs. I have never made all the lights. Probably because I start out at 5:00 am and no traffic to trigger them. But I can do the stop and go bit easily treating them much like a stop sign. But I have a couple of busy streets where it is prudent to push the walk button even though it is a PITA. Then I have three or four traffic circles to deal with which are always iffy as they are fairly blind coming into them. So no matter how hard I try I can only get 13.8 to 14.5 mph average on that ride.
